Recommendations
for taking Hawaiian Noni

• Take with a full 8 oz. (approx. 1/4 liter) glass of water.

• Capsules should be taken on an empty stomach at least 1/2 hour before a  meal, so that your system will absorb it faster. If three capsules are taken each day, they may be either taken together at one time, or you may split them up by taking them 1/2 hour before breakfast, lunch or dinner.

• Those people who have never taken Noni before in any form, such as a liquid Noni juice, should start off by taking 3 capsules a day for 5 days (equivalent to 2 Tablespoons of liquid Noni juice, or 1 ounce), then rest for 2 days. Then take 3 capsules a day for another five days, then rest again for 2 days. The reason for the 2 day rest is to allow your system to accept and absorb the Noni better, and you should notice some results at the end of this 2-week period. If you are already accustomed to taking Noni then the 2 day rest periods are not necessary.

• After the 2-week period, most people continue to take the 3 capsules per day on an ongoing basis. Use your own discretion in increasing or decreasing the amount of Noni capsules you take based on how "good" or "well" you feel. For more challenging health conditions many people increase to 2-3 times the average dosage with great results.

• For colds or other sudden onset illnesses people have taken larger amounts,  such as 6-8 capsules at one time (or throughout the day), and feel that they have averted the illness. You may try this for yourself, but we don't recommend it until after your body is adjusted to the 3 capsules a day first.
